Vinyasa Yoga For Beginners

In this 4-week series, participants will be introduced to the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Each week will begin with a full 60-minute class that incorporates foundational postures, breathwork and meditation techniques, with time at the end of the session for questions and discussion. There are infinite possibilities to modify poses to make the movement work for your body, and you’ll learn techniques to take with you into your own practice beyond this series. Whether you’ve done Vinyasa before and want a refresher on the basics, or you’re brand new and totally intimidated by yoga but really want to give it a shot, this is the class for you! Participants can expect an accessible but challenging practice on the mat, so please wear breathable, comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement. Plan to arrive at least 10-minutes before the class begins to get settled in.
