This course is an introduction to Usui Reiki Level 1, where you will learn the history of Usui Reiki and Reiki principles. Reiki Level 1, requires no previous Reiki experience, and can be used on yourself, family, and friends. Learn the hand positions to use. A manual will be provided, as well as a Certificate for Level One Reiki. This course will prepare you for Level Two Reiki. $5 supply fee payable to instructor the first night of class.
