Learn tools to help with relaxation and calming the mind to bring you to a deeper sense of self. Each week, instructor Heidi L. Audet, ERYT-500 will guide students in light stretching and guided relaxation to prepare for seated meditation, breathing exercises known as Pranayama, which help to calm the mind and prepare students for guided meditation proactice to cultivate stilling the mind. No prior experience necessary. What to bring: a yoga mat and a cushion or pillow and a blanket. This 4-week class will be held at Kimball St. Studios, 191 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, Maine, across the street from Chill Yoga.
