Beginners Vinyasa Yoga

Try this Beginner-focused Vinyasa Flow class that incorporates elements of Tr-Yoga, Kundalini, lyengar-influenced seated postures, and Dynamic and Static Stretch sequences.  Increased flexibility, clarity of mind and restorative relaxation are just a few of the benefits gained from practicing Beginner Vinyasa Yoga.  Modifications provided for those with wrist, knee, shoulder and back issues.  Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing.  Classes will be held at Chill Yoga, 178 Lisbon Street, above Forage Mark, near the corner of Ash and Lisbon Streets.
