Beginner's Vinyasa Yoga

Are you curious about learning how to relax and calm anxiety with breathing and flowing movements? If the answer was yes to any of these questions, join Heidi for this introduction to yoga. Modifications for knee, hip, neck, wrist and back issues. Bring a mat, towel and a bottle of water. Classes will be held at Chill Yoga, 178 Lisbon Street, Lewiston above Forage Market, near the corner of Ash and Lisbon Streets.
