Mindfulness For Adults

Calendar Sep 5, 2017 at 6 pm, runs for 6 weeks

Developing mindfulness is an excellent way to reduce mental and physical stress, and create an overall improvement in quality of life.  During these six weeks we will explore informal mindfulness practices, develop a formal meditation practice and learn to work with our own thinking patterns.
