Introduction To Breathing And Meditation

Learn tools to help with relaxation and calming the mind to bring you to a deeper sense of self. Each week, instructor Heidi L. Audet, ERYT-500 will guide students in breathing exercises known as Pranayama, which helps to calm the mind and prepare students for guided meditation practice. No prior experience necessary. This 4-week class will be held at Kimball St. Studios Art Gallery, 191 Lisbon St., Lewiston - across from Chill Yoga. Please bring a meditation cushion or pillow, and a blanket or yoga mat.
