Beginning Ashtanga Yoga

Beginning Ashtanga Yoga is for students interested in learning the standing sequences of the primary series. Modified sun salutations will be explored. In this class, breathing and proper alignment for a safe and effective yoga practice will be the focus. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid eating 1 hour before class.
Classes will be held at Chill Yoga, 178 Lisbon Street, next door to FISC and above Forage Market, near the corner of Ash and Lisbon Streets. Studio entrance on the second floor.
