Enjoy learning elements of Pilates and Yoga in a flowing, low-impact cardio sequence set to contemporary music!  This is a wonderful way to end your Monday.  Wear comfortable yoga or fitness clothing.  Bring a mat, towel and a bottle of water.  Class is held at Chill Yoga, 182 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, Maine.

Learn tools to help with relaxation and calming the mind to bring you to a deeper sense of self.  Each week, instructor Heidi L. Audet, ERYT-500 will guide students in light stretching and guided relaxation to prepare for seated meditation, breathing exercises known as Pranayama, which help to calm the mind and prepare students for guided meditation proactice to cultivate stilling the mind.  No prior experience necessary.  What to bring: a yoga mat and a cushion or pillow and a blanket.  This 4-week class will be held at Kimball St. Studios, 191 Lisbon Street, Lewiston, Maine, across the street from Chill Yoga.
