"Laughter Yoga" is a healthy exercise combining laughing to the conventional yoga breathing. Though called yoga, no difficult pose is required. Learn To Ferment: Kimchi

In this hands-on class you will learn the basics of home fermenting, as well as how to make Kimchi. At the end of the evening you will go home with your own jar of Kimchi and the tools needed to continue making additional batches at home. In addition to the course fee, there is a $10 supply fee due directly to the instructor at the start of the evening.

Maine Driving Dynamics Course offers all drivers the opportunity to improve their defensive driving abilities. This five-hour course will include discussion of collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine's highways. Those completing the course will receive a certificate and a three-point credit on their driving record. Seniors over 55 receive a discount on their auto insurance.
