Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga For Health And Fitness

This 70-minute next level flowing yoga class for health and fitness will be led by Heidi L. Audet. Each class begins with 40 minutes of vinyasa flowing yoga blending elements of Tai Chi, Para Yoga Flows, Tr-Yoga Flow, Warrior Series, and Shiva Rea's Advanced Vinyasa. Class continues with a 15-minute workout on specific muscle groups, and concludes with deep relaxation. This vinyasa class is a Level II, vingorous, and is suitable for intermediate yoga practioners. Not recommended for beginners. Class will be held at Chill Yoga, 178 Lisbon Stree, Lewiston. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
Introduction To Breathing And Meditation

Each week, instructor Heidi Audet, ERYT-500, will guide students in breathing practices known as Pranayama, which helps to calm the mind and prepare students for guided meditation practice. No prior experience necessary. This six-week class will be held at Kimbal Street Studios, 191 Lisbon Street, Lewiston across from Chill Yoga in Lewiston. Please bring a meditation cushion or pillow, and a blanket or yoga mat.
