Essential Oils (A Make And Take Class)

$25

with J Wilhelm

Calendar Mar 18, 2020 at 6 pm, runs for 1 week

Learn about essential oils, how they're made (don't worry, we won't get too science-y), and all the ways they can be used, from making our houses smell good to replacing health and beauty products (and for cheaper, too!) to supporting our physical and emotional health (because, as we know, the emotions - stress is a great example - can affect our physical health!).  We'll even cover the use of essential oils with and around our pets, as they're part of the family, too!  And, since CBD is an essential oil in its own right, we'll give you the skinny on that, too.  And you'll get to make a couple goodies, along with the recipes to make more!  These are easy to make and are great to use yourself and to give as gifts for teachers, friends, family.  We'll be making sugar scrubs (for that winter dry skin) and room/linen sprays.  And there will be an extra surprise bonus, too, plus some additional easy-peasy but good recipes!
