Green Dot Bystander Intervention Training
with P Elias

Have you ever seen or heard someone harass, bully, or threaten another person, and wish you knew what to say or do? Most of us have. We are all much more likely to be a bystander than a participant or victim of hateful and hurtful words and behavior. Green Dot teaches safe and proven-effective Bystander Intervention Techniques that every member of a community can use, both proactively to change culture for the better, and reactively to reduce harm. None of us can do everything, but each of us can do our part to make Lewiston-Auburn a safer and more welcoming community. Any folks who have already attended a workshop are also warmly welcomed. We find we learn something new almost every class and you might have had some experiences doing Green Dots that would be helpful.
