PIYO Live: Introduction To Stretch And Flow

Enjoy learning elements of Pilates and Yoga in a flowing, low-impact cardio sequence set to contemporary music!  This is a wonderful way to end your Monday.  Wear comfortable yoga or fitness clothing.  Bring a mat, towel and a bottle of water.  Class is held at Chill Yoga, 182 Lisbon Street, Lewiston.

Beginners Vinyasa Yoga

Zumba At Sherwood Heights Session #2

Reiki Level 1 Certification Training

This course is an introduction to Usui Reiki Level 1, where you will learn the history of Usui Reiki and Reiki principles.  Reiki Level 1, requires no previous Reiki experience, and can be used on yourself, family, friends, and your pets.  Learn the hand positions to use on yourself, and your family and friends.  A manual will be provided, and a Certificate for Level One Reiki.  This course will prepare you for Level Two Reiki.  $5 supply fee payable to instructor the first night of class.
